We have begun our biannual clothing switch. Yes folks, we ventured into the great abyss called the attic to fish out our winter clothes! If you live in New England or anyplace else that has a considerable season change, you know what I am talking about.

I am staring at the MANY boxes of clothes that we somehow store in our tiny attic.

They are sitting in my living room because there is no where else to put them. Now I have to sort through these clothes to decide what fits everyone. This is a process that could last a couple of weeks between convincing the clan to help me and coercing my husband into returning the boxes to the attic. Ugh!

Does anyone have a better way to do this? I have not been able to tackle this project in a timely manner yet, and I’m sure there other moms out there screaming for help with this very same project! Please post your tips and save a mom drowning in boxes of clothes.

  1. Dude! I live to organize! I love love love it! Wish I was there to do it all for you! =D

  2. I just store what is too big in a bin in the closet. But I live in Texas, so we don’t need big bulky things.
